The 19th AUTOEXPO, East Africa's biggest event on the Automotive & Spare Parts Industry is to be held at a new venue from June 10 to 12  this year. Seeking more exhibition and parking space, the trade event will be hosted at the Carnivore Grounds. According to the organizers, Expogroup, the event is already 15% bigger this year presenting exhibitors from 30 countries booked already.

"We are overwhelmed with the response this year on both the international and local fronts." said Divine Anella, the Public Relations Manager for the event.

“We are very positively expecting a much higher flow of visitors as well this year. Having changed the venue, we will have much more parking space which was missing at the KICC, the previous venue ", she added.

The 19th Autoexpo Kenya 2016 is bringing pavilions from China, India, Pakistan and several other countries. As far as local Kenyan companies are concerned, response is overwhelming.
 
Prime Exhibitors include names such as  Speedways Rubber Company, Salamin Tyres Ltd, Shandong Jinyu Tire Co., Ltd., Beser Balatacilik Sanayi Ve Ticaret a.s., Mag Lube L.L.C etc.   Other major players from the industry include Dongah Tire & Rubber Co., Ltd, Amt Turbo International, Jai Auto Industries, Inci Gs Yuasa Aku San. Ve Tic. a.s. etc.

The event is supported by Kenya National Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Automobile Association of Kenya, Kenya Motor Industry Association etc.
